The BVCHEA website is now hosted by TeamSideline, which gives us a centralized registration system across all sports and offers an online payment option. With this new registration process, parents can pay the BVCHEA family membership, register for any offseason clinics and training, and register for the regular season. In addition, once the season begins, parents and players will have access to the TeamSideline App to check rosters and game schedules and to communicate with coaches and teammates.
NOTE: Registrations for Mustangs sports programs will, by default, have the restriction for the age range that TAIAO rules specify for the level of the sport. This is to help ensure compliance with league eligibility rules and avoid penalties. The rules outline special circumstances in which a player outside of this age range may be able to participate. In these cases, BVCHEA board members can help get these players registered. Please Contact Us if you need assistance.
BVCHEA Family Membership In order to participate in BVCHEA sports, a family membership is required, along with a $30 membership fee each year. TeamSideline will track the membership and will automatically add the fee to the cart during registration if it is missing or expired.
Sports Physicals Mustangs sports programs require players to submit a sports physical, which will be good for two years from the date of the physical. Sign in to TeamSideline and upload the physical to your player's profile (see Instructions for Uploading Player Documents) at any time prior to the first practice.
Refund PolicySeason fees are 100% refundable before the first practice. A partial refund (50%) is available from the first practice until the start of the first game. After the start of the first game, season fees are non-refundable. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Cheer uniform cost is non-refundable.
If your family participated in Mustangs sports this past fall, or have previously created a TeamSideline account with another organization (such as CSLL), you already have an account and should be able use your existing TeamSideline login to enroll your player. Go to Registration and click "Register" under the sport you want. You’ll use your TeamSideline account to get logged in. Select your player from the drop-down. Select the sports program in the list. (You will only see the programs that are available to your player based on gender and age.) Proceed with registration. You can skip the rest of this document.
Follow the steps below to create your account, add a secondary parent, and add/enroll your player. 1. CREATE PARENT ACCOUNT (Primary) Go to https://bvchea.org/ and click the “Sign in” at the upper left. Click the "First time signing in to this site? Create a new account." link to create your new account in TeamSideline. Remember to use good password practices to secure your account! 2. ADD SECOND PARENT (SPOUSE or GUARDIAN) Add a secondary parent as a member of your family so they receive team communication and can create their sign-in with access to your player’s info. Click "My Account" and select "Members." Click "Add Parent" and enter the email address and contact information for this secondary account. (Secondary account will be able to sign in on their own device using the email you listed for them, and do a password reset to set their own password. ) 3. ADD PLAYER Click "My Account" and select "Members." Click "Add Child" and enter information for your player. 4. ENROLL PLAYER In the “My Account” page, click “Place Order” and choose your player as the “Enrollee'', then you should be able to choose the sport you want to sign up for. (You’ll only see the programs that are available to your player based on gender and age.) 5. SUBMIT PAYMENT You can choose to pay online with a credit card, or you can choose to pay by check. You can mail the check, or give it to the head coach.
